Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality code, participate in code reviews, design complex systems, and document architectural decisions thoroughly.
- Engage directly with clients to understand technical requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members by reviewing their code, establishing quality standards, and promoting best practices such as secure coding, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline deployment.
- Take ownership of the team’s professional growth and foster a collaborative, supportive work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their highest potential.
Required Qualifications:
- 11-12 years of relevant work experience in software development and technical program management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech), or MCA from a reputed university.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot development.
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Skilled in building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with UNIX or shell scripting is advantageous; knowledge of J2EE is a plus.
- Professional experience in agile environments, preferably SCRUM or SAFe frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex projects.
