We are looking for a Technical Program Manager based in Pakistan to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional technical programs within our engineering organization. This role involves driving the successful delivery of critical initiatives while fostering strong alignment between engineering, product, and business teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple teams, communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders, and contribute to technical strategy and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery (40%)
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex technical programs involving multiple engineering teams.
- Define program scope, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Develop detailed roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans while proactively identifying and managing dependencies and risks.
- Track progress and provide regular updates to executives.
Stakeholder Management (25%)
- Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering teams, product managers, and business leaders.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and negotiate priorities to resolve conflicts.
Technical Strategy (20%)
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on technical approaches and architectural decisions.
- Assess feasibility and trade-offs to guide program direction.
- Lead technical discussions and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay informed on emerging technology trends and industry best practices.
Process Excellence (10%)
- Establish and maintain program management frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Drive operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation.
Team Development (5%)
- Promote a collaborative culture across distributed teams.
- Mentor junior program managers.
- Facilitate effective meetings and planning sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical program management within the Adtech industry.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex programs involving multiple engineering teams.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand architecture and engineering trade-offs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
