This role is designed for candidates who have directly worked with software development teams and technology-driven projects such as SaaS platforms, web and mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and ClickUp.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate software development projects from planning through execution, testing, release, and closure phases.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, technical leads, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, sprint plans, task boards, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Track tasks, blockers, dependencies, risks, deadlines, and overall project progress.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage Waterfall projects covering requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and closure.
- Maintain project boards using Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Create and monitor epics, user stories, tasks, subtasks, bugs, and action items.
- Follow up with technical teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor sprint progress, pending items, team commitments, and delivery risks.
- Coordinate requirements between clients, project managers, product teams, and development teams.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, project reviews, and status updates.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action items, progress reports, and project status documentation.
- Identify and escalate project risks, technical dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks as needed.
- Coordinate with QA teams for testing, bug resolution, user acceptance testing, and release readiness.
- Support software deployment and production release coordination.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist management and project leadership with reporting and delivery visibility.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, Agile, CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
