We are seeking a technically proficient Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. This role involves managing initiatives related to centralized and decentralized exchanges (CEXs and DEXs), Bitcoin and its forks, wallets, blockchain nodes, and trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work onsite in Islamabad, Gulberg Green, and will be responsible for driving projects from initial technical planning through to production deployment, ensuring seamless coordination among diverse technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage projects end-to-end, from technical planning stages through to production deployment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including blockchain developers, backend and frontend engineers, DevOps, security specialists, and QA professionals.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
- Oversee projects involving CEXs, DEXs, Bitcoin forks, blockchain nodes, wallets, trading systems, APIs, and DeFi protocols.
- Possess a deep understanding of blockchain architecture, including transactions, nodes, RPCs, wallets, smart contracts, and exchange infrastructure.
- Identify and track technical risks, blockers, dependencies, and security concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage coordination of releases, system upgrades, migrations, hard forks, and production deployments.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to resolve technical and architectural challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, technical specifications, and requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical project or program management, or engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with centralized and decentralized exchanges (CEX/DEX), wallets, blockchain nodes, smart contracts, or trading systems.
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage and lead engineering teams.
- A technical engineering background is highly preferred to effectively bridge project management and technical execution.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 200,000 to 300,000 per month, commensurate with experience. This is an onsite role based in Islamabad, Gulberg Green, requiring physical presence to collaborate closely with internal teams.
