Technical Project Manager

PawnVision (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a technically proficient Technical Project Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience to join their team in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This full-time role involves managing software projects from inception through deployment and maintenance. The position requires working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the technical aspects of projects, ensuring smooth coordination among development, quality assurance, and deployment teams while maintaining high standards of software quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire technical lifecycle of software projects, starting from requirements gathering through to production deployment.
- Design and supervise scalable software architecture and technical solutions that meet project goals.
- Lead development teams and collaborate closely with QA engineers to guarantee quality deliverables.
- Define project scope, establish timelines, set milestones, and assign tasks to team members.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices across the team.
- Oversee API integrations, database management, deployment processes, and handle production issues efficiently.
- Identify potential technical risks, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule.
- Communicate project progress, technical decisions, and any issues clearly to all relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 7 years of experience in software development and successful project delivery.
- Strong expertise in system design, software architecture, databases, APIs, and security principles.
- Hands-on experience with frontend and backend technologies, version control systems like Git, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and cloud deployment environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage projects independently from start to finish.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication and leadership capabilities.

The candidate must be capable of independently managing all technical aspects of a project, including making architectural decisions, guiding developers, overseeing quality assurance, and ensuring successful deployment.
