We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead international software development projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, maintaining client communications, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. It requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple software development projects, from planning through execution to delivery.
- Team Coordination: Assign tasks, monitor progress, and facilitate collaboration among development, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, translating their business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Agile Delivery: Lead Agile ceremonies including sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and blockers, implement solutions, and adjust project plans to maintain momentum.
- Budget & Timeline Control: Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively to meet agreed-upon deliverables.
- Quality Oversight: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards through thorough reviews, testing, and validation with stakeholders.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain transparent progress updates and comprehensive project documentation for all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience managing software development projects successfully.
- Technical Understanding: Solid familiarity with software development lifecycles, web and mobile technologies, and system integration practices.
- Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
- Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, manage resources efficiently, and drive accountability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
