Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a solid background in software development, full stack technologies, and AI solutions. This client-facing role requires someone who can confidently lead discussions, understand business needs, and translate them into effective technical plans. You will collaborate closely with clients, sales, and development teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, define project scope, and plan development efforts. Managing developers, overseeing delivery, validating features, and ensuring alignment with client expectations will be key parts of your role. The ideal candidate can seamlessly switch between technical conversations with developers and business discussions with clients, bringing clarity to both.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions to understand business needs, clarify expectations, and identify technical requirements.
- Assess project feasibility by evaluating technical requirements, dependencies, and potential limitations, recommending appropriate implementation strategies.
- Support sales and business development teams during pre-sales by understanding client needs, assisting with technical scoping, and providing accurate estimates for effort, resources, and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope documents, technical requirements, user flows, business logic, feature specifications, and development plans.
- Evaluate existing technology stacks and propose solutions involving frontend and backend development, APIs, databases, integrations, AI applications, large language models (LLMs), and automation.
- Translate requirements into actionable tasks, sprint plans, milestones, and clear deliverables for development teams.
- Coordinate frontend, backend, full stack, and AI developers by managing task allocation, monitoring workloads, and ensuring accountability.
- Track project progress using Jira or similar tools, manage dependencies, follow up on deliverables, and address delays or blockers promptly.
- Validate completed features against agreed requirements, review user flows and functionality, and coordinate feedback, testing, and revisions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams, providing clear progress updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in technical project management, software development, or a combination of both.
- Strong understanding of full stack development, including frontend and backend technologies, application architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Familiarity with technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar frameworks.
- Practical experience with AI development, including LLM integrations, AI-powered applications, AI agents, automation, or related tools.
- Ability to assess technical feasibility, understand project complexity, identify dependencies, and provide realistic estimates for effort and resources.
- Proven experience leading client meetings, gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in preparing clear project documentation, scope specifications, user flows, business logic, and development plans.
- Experience coordinating development teams, managing sprints, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Jira for sprint and task management, Google Workspace, and Figma for reviewing designs and user flows.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence to independently lead client discussions.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
