Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong understanding of the entire software development lifecycle. This role involves overseeing projects related to websites, mobile applications, frontend and backend systems, APIs, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will manage collaboration between in-house and outsourced development teams, ensuring client requirements are accurately translated into actionable tasks. They will maintain alignment with project goals and timelines while facilitating smooth communication across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, project scope, technical specifications, and SDLC documentation.
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks for developers and outsourced teams.
- Coordinate activities among frontend, backend, mobile, UI/UX, and QA teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
- Ensure development work aligns with finalized client requirements and documentation.
- Conduct reviews and quality assurance checks to verify functionality, quality, and compliance with scope.
- Identify technical gaps, blockers, and requirement issues, facilitating prompt resolution.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, Business Analysts, developers, QA, and production teams to maintain effective communication and project flow.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Technical or Software Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of web and mobile application development processes.
- Ability to thoroughly comprehend technical requirements and project documentation.
- Proven experience managing both in-house and outsourced development teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.

This is a full-time position based in Karachi, requiring in-person attendance during night shift hours. The salary range offered is Rs50,000 to Rs80,000 per month.
