Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies to lead software development projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will oversee project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure effective communication among diverse teams and stakeholders. This role requires managing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, clients, and management, to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and international stakeholders to align project goals.
- Track sprint progress, manage product backlogs, and promote continuous process improvements.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between clients, developers, QA teams, and management.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level projects in international markets.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management expertise.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Scrum certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is highly desirable.
