TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with comprehensive knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle. This role involves managing projects related to websites, mobile applications, frontend and backend systems, APIs, QA processes, and coordinating with outsourced development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent project management abilities to ensure successful delivery aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, software development lifecycle (SDLC) documentation, project scope, and technical specifications.
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable tasks for internal developers and outsourced teams.
- Coordinate efforts across frontend, backend, mobile, UI/UX, and QA teams to maintain smooth workflows.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
- Ensure development work remains aligned with finalized client requirements and documentation.
- Review and conduct quality assurance on initial deliverables to verify quality, functionality, and scope compliance.
- Identify technical gaps, blockers, or issues related to requirements and facilitate timely resolution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, Business Analysts, developers, QA, and production teams to maintain effective communication and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Technical or Software Project Management.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development processes.
- Ability to interpret and manage technical requirements and project documentation effectively.
- Proven experience managing both in-house developers and outsourced development teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
