Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies to lead software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and collaboration. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain Agile best practices.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and international stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Track sprint progress, manage product backlogs, and promote continuous process improvements.
- Serve as the communication bridge between clients, developers, QA teams, and management to ensure transparency and effective issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, preferably in software development environments.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level projects, particularly in international markets.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership capabilities, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Scrum certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is highly desirable.
- The position is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 9, Karachi.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 12 PM to 9 PM, providing a structured work schedule.
