We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with over five years of expertise to lead our internal development projects and eventually oversee external customer-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, tool automation, and systems integration. This role requires managing the entire project lifecycle—from initial scoping and planning to delivery and client handoff. Additionally, the position involves pre-sales activities, solution pitching, and client onboarding, blending project delivery with strategic customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage internal development projects across product and engineering teams.
- Plan and oversee external client projects, handling all phases from requirements gathering to implementation and closure.
- Collaborate closely with clients to define needs, propose solutions, and ensure alignment from project inception.
- Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, quality control, timeline management, and delivery.
- Participate in pre-sales efforts such as client pitches, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Apply Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and efficient execution.
- Maintain clear communication and provide timely updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and changes effectively throughout the project.
- Work with end users, developers, and stakeholders to understand business goals and information needs, developing system requirements and design specifications. Refine conceptual system designs into technical workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical project management within software or systems environments.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems, tool automation, or system integration projects.
- Experience managing both internal product development and external client delivery projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable leading customer onboarding, discovery sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Ability to balance technical discussions with business impact and customer value.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Figma is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulberg 3, Lahore. Working hours are flexible within evening to early morning shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan time). The monthly salary range is Rs200,000 to Rs400,000. Candidates must be located in Lahore and able to work in person. Experience in project management within the IT industry, ERP systems, tool automation, or system integration projects, along with a strong grasp of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma practices, is essential.
