Consecutive Bytes is seeking a Technical Project Manager who possesses a solid background in software development along with a strong appreciation for both design and code quality. This role is essential in ensuring that engineering projects are meticulously planned, client-centric, and delivered with precision. The ideal candidate will blend excellent project management capabilities with technical knowledge, enabling effective communication with clients, a deep understanding of design details, and leadership of the engineering team to achieve successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to clearly define project goals, scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Create detailed project roadmaps outlining timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as the main liaison for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate understanding and communication of technical and design requirements.
- Convert client feedback into actionable tasks for engineering and design teams.
- Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor progress to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana to track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks, CMS platforms, and frameworks to enhance project efficiency.
- Keep abreast of emerging technical trends that could influence development and design decisions.
- Identify potential risks or bottlenecks early and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays.
- Review project outputs for technical accuracy, including code quality, system architecture, and design consistency aligned with UI/UX standards.
- Maintain organized and comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and client communications.
- Support the Sales team during demos and client meetings by confidently addressing technical and design-related queries.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a software services environment.
- Strong foundation in software development, including programming, coding, and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to critically assess design work.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and delivering projects through iterative cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to balance technical problem-solving with creative design considerations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at bridging the gap between design, engineering, and business teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs50,000 - Rs100,000 per month
