Technical Recruiter

Position: US Technical Recruiter BS Media & HR Solutions is hiring an experienced US Technical Recruiter with hands-on expertise in US technical hiring and knowledge of US visa and work authorization processes.

📍 Location: Islamabad

💼 Experience: 2–3 Years

💰 Salary: PKR 150,000/month

🕐 Timings: 5:45 PM – 2:15 AM

🏠 During Probation: Remote

🏢 After Probation: On-site, Islamabad

🔎 Key Requirements:

·Proven experience in technical recruitment for the US market.

·Knowledge of US visa categories: H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and E-3.

·Understanding of US work statuses, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, visa holders, and candidates requiring sponsorship.

·Familiarity with W-2 and 1099 hiring arrangements.

·Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search.

·Experience in candidate screening, client communication, salary negotiation, follow-ups, and pipeline management.

·Ability to independently manage communication with US clients and candidates.

⭐ Preference will be given to candidates with direct US technical hiring experience and practical exposure to US visa and work authorization processes.
