Technical Recruiter

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our recruitment team as Remote Recruitment Associates. This fully remote role involves promoting job openings primarily through LinkedIn, attracting potential candidates, and guiding eligible applicants through the designated recruiter application portal. The position operates on a 100% commission-based income model, offering an opportunity to earn between PKR 20,000 and PKR 60,000 or more monthly, based entirely on your performance. Payments are made bi-weekly, providing a steady flow of income for those who consistently meet targets and successfully place candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Regularly post and promote job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant professional networks.
- Attract and engage potential applicants through effective job postings.
- Guide interested candidates through the application process on the recruiter portal.
- Screen applicants to ensure they meet the required criteria before advancing them.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of applicants and recruitment activities.
- Adhere to the recruitment team’s guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, providing a positive and supportive experience throughout the recruitment process.
