Key Responsibilities
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on technical roles. This includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the hiring needs of the organization. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment experience. The recruiter will also maintain and update candidate databases, utilize recruiting tools and software effectively, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies. This position is full-time and based on-site in Karachi.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the US and Pakistan markets.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle recruitment pipelines and schedules.
- Solid understanding of technical roles and their requirements to accurately assess candidate fit.
- Experience using recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
