Technical Recruiter

Mixt Academy, a leading provider of both online and on-site tutoring services from KG to Grade 12, is seeking a dedicated Technical EdTech Recruiter to join their team in Lahore. The academy offers education across various international curricula, including O Levels, A Levels, IGCSE, Edexcel, CBSE, IB, and AQA. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a proactive recruiter experienced in sourcing and hiring talent for technical and education technology positions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting Mixt Academy’s growth by attracting skilled professionals such as software developers, AI automation specialists, and technical support staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Recruit for a variety of technical and EdTech roles, including full-stack developers and AI automation specialists.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
- Identify candidates who possess the necessary technical skills, relevant experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and communication abilities.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Track recruitment progress, maintain candidate databases, and prepare detailed hiring reports.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to achieve recruitment targets and support business growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the EdTech, technology, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of technical job roles, IT terminology, and relevant skill sets.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search techniques, and other candidate sourcing tools.
- Excellent screening, interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- A results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
