Technical Recruiter

Mixt Academy, a leading provider of online and on-site tutoring services from KG to Grade 12, specializing in international curricula such as O Levels, A Levels, IGCSE, Edexcel, CBSE, IB, and AQA, is seeking a dedicated Technical EdTech Recruiter. This full-time, on-site role based near Model Town Link Road, Lahore, involves supporting the company’s growth by hiring skilled professionals for technology and education-related positions. The ideal candidate will be proactive and results-driven, experienced in recruiting for both technical and EdTech roles, and capable of managing the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Recruit for a variety of technical and EdTech roles such as software developers, full-stack developers, AI automation specialists, and technical support staff.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.
- Identify candidates with the appropriate technical skills, relevant experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and communication abilities.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment progress, maintain candidate databases, and prepare detailed hiring reports.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to achieve hiring targets and support business growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the EdTech sector, technology, or a related industry.
- Solid understanding of technical job roles, IT terminology, and relevant skill sets.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search techniques, and other candidate sourcing methods.
- Strong skills in candidate screening, interviewing, communication, and negotiation.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- A target-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
