The Technical Recruiter (Evening Shift) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pakistan. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring both technical and non-technical talent to support the company’s expansion. The recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, post job advertisements, and conduct interviews both over the phone and in person. The position requires working during evening hours to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by collaborating with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and utilize applicant tracking systems efficiently.
- Support employer branding initiatives, particularly focused on attracting talent during the evening shift.
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Strong technical recruiting skills with the ability to understand and assess technical roles and required skill sets.
- Effective hiring capabilities demonstrated through collaboration with hiring managers and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to engage candidates, coordinate with internal teams, and provide clear updates.
- Ability to work on-site during evening shifts and manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
