Technical Sales Engineer

The Technical Sales Engineer position is based in the SITE Area of Karachi and requires a candidate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. The ideal applicant will have 2 to 3 years of experience working with OEM, industrial, or government customers. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, handling payment follow-ups and collections, overseeing tender processes, coordinating dispatch activities, resolving battery-related technical issues, and maintaining accurate customer documentation. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a readiness to travel for customer visits are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with OEM, industrial, and government customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up on payments and manage collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Handle tender documentation and processes efficiently to support business growth.
- Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve battery-related issues to provide technical support to customers.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer documentation for reference and compliance.
- Conduct regular customer visits, demonstrating products and addressing any concerns or queries.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales or technical roles dealing with OEM, industrial, or government clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer visits and business development activities.
