Technical Sales Engineer

We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in service, maintenance, installation, commissioning, or technical support within the Food & Dairy Industry. This role is suited for a technically skilled professional who understands food processing equipment, enjoys customer interaction, and is ready to advance into technical sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical service, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and maintenance support for food and dairy processing equipment.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct customer site visits and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in sales activities.
- Follow up with customers from initial inquiry through order execution.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of food processing and packaging technologies.
- Meet assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales, preferably within organizations serving the food processing industry.
- Strong technical understanding of food processing equipment and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and site work.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
