Technical Sales & Marketing Engineer

PACT Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Technical Sales & Marketing Engineer with a strong engineering background to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, promoting the company’s engineering services, and managing client relationships within the industrial and commercial sectors. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate technical solutions and work closely with clients and internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and corporate sectors.
- Market electrical inspection, testing, auditing, and maintenance services to prospective and existing clients.
- Promote a range of products including HT/LT panels, transformers, generators, cables, breakers, and earthing solutions.
- Conduct regular visits to client sites to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals, and diligently follow up on sales leads to close deals.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, technical teams, and procurement departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and meet or exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- BSc or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, panels, transformers, generators, and other industrial equipment.
- Proven ability to conduct client visits and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills essential for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in technical sales, marketing, or business development within the engineering sector is preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs99,000.
- The position requires in-person work at the Lahore location, offering direct engagement with clients and internal teams.
