Technical SEO - Part time (Hybrid)

We are looking for a talented Technical SEO Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, focusing on improving the technical aspects of our website to boost organic search performance. This role is based in Islamabad and follows a hybrid work model, requiring attendance at the office once a week. The position involves dedicating around 2 hours per week (approximately 20 hours per month) to maintain the website’s technical health and optimize its visibility in search engines.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance.
- Optimize site structure, crawlability, indexation, and internal linking to enhance search engine rankings.
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and other critical technical performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to redirects, canonical tags, sitemaps, robots.txt files, and schema markup.
- Analyze data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics to guide SEO strategies and decisions.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations and develop technical SEO strategies aimed at driving organic growth.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Technical SEO with a proven record of improving website performance.
- Strong proficiency in Google Search Console and familiarity with various SEO auditing tools.
- In-depth knowledge of on-page SEO, site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data implementation.
- Experience working across different websites and CMS platforms.
- Ability to independently identify technical SEO challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Must be based in Islamabad and able to work from the office once weekly.
