Cplus Soft is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical SEO Specialist to join its Digital Marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in technical SEO and will be responsible for optimizing websites to enhance crawlability, indexation, site performance, and adherence to search engine standards. This role is critical in identifying and resolving technical issues that impact site visibility, speed, structure, and rankings. The specialist will conduct thorough audits, pinpoint structural weaknesses, and work closely with developers to implement effective technical solutions. A solid understanding of SEO principles, coding basics, user experience, and analytics is essential to proactively address challenges and support sustainable organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits using industry-standard tools such as Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content, and indexation issues to improve site health.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking strategies, URL structures, and enhance page speed performance.
- Manage and maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, canonical tags, hreflang attributes, schema markup, and structured data implementation.
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and mobile usability metrics through Google Search Console.
- Collaborate closely with web developers to implement SEO recommendations while ensuring site performance and design integrity are maintained.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and search engine guidelines to proactively adjust SEO strategies.
- Analyze server log files and crawl statistics to optimize crawl budget and improve page accessibility.
- Prepare and present detailed technical SEO reports and performance summaries to relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO, site optimization, or web performance roles.
- Strong foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools including Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with schema markup, canonicalization, structured data, and issues related to page rendering.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and server-side SEO considerations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to troubleshoot and implement technical fixes.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting crawl logs and technical diagnostics.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad, requiring close collaboration with development and marketing teams. The monthly salary range for this position is Rs45,000 to Rs65,000. Candidates should be available to join immediately. Prior experience specifically in SEO for at least two years is essential to succeed in this role.
