We are seeking a Technical SEO Specialist for a full-time, independent contractor role. This remote position is ideal for analytical, detail-oriented professionals who excel at optimizing website performance, enhancing search engine visibility, and driving organic growth through technical expertise. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring websites are fully optimized for crawling, indexing, and ranking, collaborating closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute a broad range of digital marketing tasks across multiple channels, including email, content, SEO, and paid media
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy
- Support campaign execution, reporting, and ongoing optimization
- Assist with event coordination and marketing logistics
- Create and publish content across web, email, and social media platforms
- Conduct basic performance analysis using analytics tools
- Take ownership of ad hoc marketing projects and deliver results independently
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to increase strategic capacity

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Technical SEO or SEO Specialist roles
- Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO principles
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience improving site speed and optimizing Core Web Vitals
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with large-scale websites or eCommerce platforms
- Familiarity with log file analysis tools
- Understanding of international SEO and hreflang implementation
- Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify
