Technical Staff

S-Tech is seeking a motivated Technical Staff member to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and technical support of equipment at various client sites. This role requires hands-on work with hardware, networking, cabling, and software, along with direct customer interaction. Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply, and candidates must be willing to travel to client locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain technical equipment at client sites.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and provide technical support.
- Handle cabling and wiring tasks efficiently.
- Install and configure software applications.
- Conduct site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Prepare basic service and installation reports to document work performed.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of hardware components and networking principles.
- Familiarity with cabling and wiring techniques.
- Knowledge of software installation and configuration processes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to handle customers professionally.
- Willingness to visit client sites and travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- At least 1 year of experience in installation and maintenance of technical equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to client locations.
- Work location is in person, based in Lahore.
- Monthly salary range: Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
