Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with computer hardware, networking, and VoIP technologies, including phones, switches, and routers. This role involves providing expert technical support to customers, ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and hardware-related issues promptly.
- Configure, maintain, and support network equipment such as VoIP phones, switches, and routers.
- Research, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems.
- Deliver technical advice and support to customers through email and phone communication.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of VoIP systems.
- Oversee system performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
- Perform regular maintenance on all relevant systems to ensure reliability and uptime.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with computer networking and VoIP systems.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and managing switches and routers.
- Excellent command of English with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical issues efficiently.
