Technical Support Officer

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Officer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT support with hands-on experience in networking, server installation and management, terminal setup, software deployment, web ERP solutions, and MSSQL database management. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively troubleshoot technical issues and support the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, terminals, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Deploy and manage software applications, including web ERP solutions, to meet organizational needs.
- Manage and maintain MSSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to facilitate seamless deployment of IT solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, networking, and server administration.
- Strong expertise in MSSQL database management.
- Experience with deploying and managing web ERP solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and end-users.

Work Location:
This position requires on-site presence to manage and support the IT infrastructure effectively.
