As a Technical Support Specialist at Motive, you will be the primary contact for customers seeking assistance with our platform. Your role involves delivering exceptional support through calls, chat, and email. Beyond direct customer interaction, you will contribute to shaping and scaling Motive’s technical support processes by collaborating closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support via email, live chat, and phone during Pacific Standard Time business hours, addressing inbound inquiries and resolving customer issues.
- Collect, analyze, and document customer support requests and reported bugs, communicating these insights to the product and engineering teams to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Evaluate current support tools and collaborate with engineering to develop and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and scalability of the technical support function.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong empathy and a natural ability to understand and relate to users’ needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with native or bilingual proficiency in English.
- Willingness and flexibility to work rotational shifts.
- Solid technical aptitude combined with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Reliable wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
