Technical Trainer & Team Lead – Web Development

We are looking for a technically proficient and results-driven Technical Trainer & Team Lead – Web Development to lead, train, and mentor our outbound calling team specializing in web development services. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with a broad range of web development technologies, strong leadership skills, and excellent client communication abilities. This role focuses on elevating the team’s technical knowledge, enhancing client interactions, supporting lead conversion efforts, and ensuring effective collaboration with technical teams throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the outbound calling team focused on web development to meet and exceed performance targets. Conduct detailed technical training sessions covering various web development technologies, frameworks, and workflows. Provide practical guidance on frontend, backend, database, and CMS technologies to deepen the team’s expertise. Assist team members in interpreting client requirements and delivering appropriate technical solutions. Support the conversion of qualified leads into clients by actively participating in client communications, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Address technical queries during client interactions to facilitate smooth sales processes. Coach the team on lead qualification, objection handling, follow-up techniques, and client engagement best practices. Monitor team performance, identify skill gaps, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with developers to assess project feasibility, clarify requirements, and ensure seamless project handovers. Develop training materials, technical FAQs, and service presentations to aid learning and client discussions. Support the team in achieving calling, follow-up, and lead conversion goals.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years’ experience in a software house or IT industry environment is essential. Previous leadership experience as a Team Lead, Technical Trainer, Senior Developer, or a similar role is required. Strong hands-on expertise in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, PHP, WordPress, APIs, and databases is necessary. Excellent client communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are critical. The ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and team members is important. Experience in technical sales, business development, lead closing, or client handling will be considered an advantage. Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities are expected. The candidate should be adept at managing client expectations and coordinating effectively with technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience specifically as a Team Lead or Technical Trainer managing technical or sales teams will be preferred. A demonstrated track record of successfully training, mentoring, and leading teams in technical or sales environments is highly valued. Active participation in client meetings, project discussions, and lead-closing activities is desirable. Strong skills in guiding team members on lead qualification, objection handling, and follow-up strategies are advantageous. Excellent problem-solving abilities, presentation skills, and team management expertise are important. Immediate joiners or those available on short notice will be given preference.

Additional Information
Working hours for this role are from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The position is based on-site in Lahore, Pakistan. Compensation is offered up to Rs120,000 per month.
