Technical Trainer & Team Lead – Web Development

We are seeking a technically skilled and results-oriented Technical Trainer & Team Lead for our Web Development outbound calling team. This role involves leading, training, and mentoring team members to enhance their technical expertise and client communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web development technologies, proven leadership skills, and the capability to support client interactions and drive lead conversion. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process and helping to close qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor the Web Development outbound calling team to improve performance and technical knowledge.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions covering web development services, technologies, frameworks, and processes.
- Provide practical guidance on frontend, backend, database, and CMS technologies relevant to the team’s work.
- Assist team members in understanding client requirements and communicating appropriate technical solutions.
- Support the sales process by helping to close qualified leads and converting prospects into clients.
- Manage client communications including calls, meetings, follow-ups, and technical discussions.
- Participate in client calls and meetings to address technical queries and reinforce the sales effort.
- Guide the team on lead qualification, objection handling, follow-up strategies, and client engagement best practices.
- Monitor team performance, identify skill gaps, and deliver constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with developers to evaluate project feasibility, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth handovers.
- Develop training materials, technical FAQs, and service presentations to support ongoing learning.
- Drive the team towards achieving calling, follow-up, and lead conversion targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a software house or IT industry environment.
- Prior experience in roles such as Team Lead, Technical Trainer, Senior Developer, or similar leadership positions.
- Hands-on expertise with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, PHP, WordPress, APIs, and databases.
- Strong client communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical clients and team members.
- Experience in technical sales, business development, lead closing, or client handling is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
- Competence in managing client expectations and coordinating effectively with technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Previous experience specifically as a Team Lead or Technical Trainer is highly valued.
- Proven track record of training, mentoring, and managing technical or sales teams.
- Active involvement in client meetings, project discussions, and lead-closing activities.
- Ability to coach team members on lead qualification, objection handling, and follow-up techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and presentation skills, combined with effective team management.
- Candidates available for immediate joining or on short notice will be given preference.

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
