Technical Trainer & Team Lead – Web Development

We are seeking a technically skilled and results-oriented Technical Trainer & Team Lead – Web Development to lead and mentor our outbound calling team focused on web development services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web development technologies, proven leadership abilities, and strong client communication skills. This role involves enhancing the team’s technical expertise, supporting client interactions, assisting in lead conversion, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor the Web Development outbound calling team to improve their technical knowledge and client-handling skills.
- Conduct technical training sessions covering web development technologies, frameworks, and processes.
- Provide practical guidance on frontend, backend, database, and CMS technologies relevant to the team’s work.
- Assist team members in understanding client requirements and communicating appropriate technical solutions.
- Support the sales process by helping close qualified leads and converting prospects into clients.
- Manage client communications including calls, meetings, follow-ups, and technical discussions.
- Participate in client calls and meetings to address technical queries and facilitate sales.
- Guide the team on lead qualification, objection handling, follow-up strategies, and effective client engagement.
- Monitor team performance, identify skill gaps, and deliver constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with developers to evaluate project feasibility, clarify technical requirements, and ensure smooth project handovers.
- Develop and maintain training materials, technical FAQs, and service presentations.
- Support the team in meeting calling, follow-up, and lead conversion targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a software house or IT industry environment.
- Prior experience in a leadership role such as Team Lead, Technical Trainer, Senior Developer, or similar position is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, PHP, WordPress, APIs, and databases.
- Strong client communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients and team members.
- Experience in technical sales, business development, lead closing, or client handling is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
- Ability to manage client expectations and coordinate effectively with technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience specifically as a Team Lead or Technical Trainer managing technical or sales teams.
- Proven track record in training, mentoring, and managing teams focused on web development or technical sales.
- Direct involvement in client meetings, project discussions, and lead-closing activities.
- Skilled in guiding team members on lead qualification, objection handling, and follow-up strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and presentation skills combined with effective team management.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to start on short notice will be given preference.

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
