Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day repair, maintenance, and servicing tasks at client locations, addressing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly and effectively.
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
- Carry out basic gardening and pool maintenance duties as part of the overall service offering.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan work schedules, document completed tasks accurately, and communicate with clients professionally.

Required Qualifications
- Solid technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance capabilities.
- Practical experience in building and facility maintenance, with proficiency in troubleshooting equipment and performing routine inspections using hand and power tools.
- Familiarity with soft services such as basic gardening, pool upkeep, and general outdoor maintenance in residential or commercial settings.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and local regulations related to the handling of tools, equipment, and materials in technical and maintenance work.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical instructions, and simple drawings, while maintaining clear and accurate records of completed work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective time management in a dynamic, on-site environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, enabling professional interaction with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
- Relevant technical diploma, trade certification, or equivalent practical experience in maintenance or technical services. Prior experience in facility or building maintenance is preferred.
