We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to join our team. This role demands a professional who can seamlessly connect business needs with technical solutions by providing hands-on system configuration alongside client-facing functional consulting. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the technical know-how to deliver tailored CRM solutions that address a variety of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a techno-functional expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects by providing consultation, implementation, customization, integration, and ongoing support. Lead the design and development of end-to-end CRM solutions using technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot, and Power BI. Configure and design business workflows, automate processes, and manage data integrations within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Sales modules. Develop reusable components like plugins, custom workflow activities, PCF controls, custom connectors, and reports using SSRS and Power BI. Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring CRM solutions align with organizational objectives. Oversee testing, deployment, and ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and secure across various environments. Provide leadership in application lifecycle management, support change management initiatives, and mentor junior consultants and developers. Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools, e-procurement systems, SharePoint, Azure services, and external APIs. Support CRM administration tasks, conduct user training sessions, maintain documentation, and manage version upgrades.

Required Qualifications
6 to 8 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM implementation and solution development. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, SSRS, Web APIs, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, React, and AngularJS. Experience with Azure Cloud, solution architecture, dependency injection, and design patterns. Proven ability to develop custom CRM components and integrations. Strong functional knowledge of Sales Lifecycle, Field Service, Customer Engagement, Business Process Flows, and CRM configuration and administration. Skilled in requirement analysis, project management, and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies. Demonstrated experience in user experience design and unified interface development.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture, extensibility models, and plugin/service development is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions. Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels. Familiarity with DevOps practices, source control systems such as TFS and Git, and CI/CD pipeline implementation. Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate and Power Platform Developer Associate are a plus. Experience working with third-party UI components like Kendo UI, Telerik, and DevExpress is advantageous. Additional experience with SugarCRM, DNS/Hosting services, and legacy CRM integrations will be considered beneficial.
