Techno Functional Consultant L1(Contract)

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their functional needs and assist in translating these requirements into clear technical specifications at the module level.

Configuration and Customisation: Support coding, configuration, and minor customizations in alignment with established design and development standards to meet project objectives.

Technology Harmonisation: Participate in integration testing by validating interface behavior and identifying basic issues to ensure seamless system performance.

Troubleshooting and Optimisation: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to module performance or configuration, contributing to system stability and efficiency.

Documentation: Help prepare comprehensive user documentation, configuration notes, and testing artifacts to support module implementation and future reference.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years working with Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of system modules to effectively bridge client requirements.
- Ability to perform basic configuration, coding, and troubleshooting within defined standards.
- Familiarity with integration testing processes and issue identification.
- Good documentation skills to assist in creating user guides and technical notes.
