Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Lead discussions and workshops with both internal teams and client stakeholders to capture functional requirements. Translate these into clear technical specifications aligned with project objectives.

Feasibility Analysis: Support feasibility studies by reviewing functional documentation, identifying constraints, and preparing impact assessments for proposed changes.

Solution Design: Collaborate in designing solutions by determining necessary customizations across multiple system modules, ensuring alignment between functional needs and technical implementation.

Configuration and Customization: Implement required customizations and configuration changes across various modules within the existing system. Provide ongoing support for business process implementation.

Technology Harmonization: Engage in integration design activities involving multiple modules, evaluating data flow and interoperability between different applications.

Troubleshooting and Optimization: Analyze system performance issues and optimize configurations, queries, or integrations to enhance overall efficiency across applications.

Documentation: Develop comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including design and process documents, to support project transparency and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in technology services and consulting.
- Strong expertise in Cisco Routing and Switching.
- Proven ability to manage requirement gathering, solution design, and system customization within complex environments.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of integration design and data flow across multiple applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, performance analysis, and optimization of configurations and integrations.
- Excellent documentation skills, capable of producing detailed functional and technical materials.
