Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Lead discussions and workshops with internal teams and client stakeholders to capture functional requirements. Translate these into clear technical specifications aligned with project objectives.

Feasibility Analysis: Support feasibility studies by reviewing functional documentation, identifying initial constraints, and preparing impact assessments for proposed changes.

Solution Design: Assist in designing solutions by pinpointing customization needs across multiple system modules, ensuring alignment between functional and technical requirements.

Configuration and Customization: Implement necessary customizations and configuration changes across various modules within the existing system to support business process execution.

Technology Harmonization: Engage in integration design efforts, evaluating data flows between multiple applications to ensure seamless interoperability.

Troubleshooting and Optimization: Diagnose performance issues and optimize system configurations, queries, and integrations to enhance overall application efficiency.

Documentation: Develop comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including design and process documents, to support implementation and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

- Extensive experience (8-10 years) working with SAP APO, specifically in Demand Planning.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong expertise in system customization, configuration, and integration across multiple modules.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization within complex application environments.
- Excellent documentation skills, capable of producing detailed functional and technical materials.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
