Techno Functional Consultant L2(Contract)

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Lead discussions and workshops with internal teams and client stakeholders to capture functional requirements. Translate these into clear technical specifications aligned with project objectives.

Feasibility Analysis: Support feasibility studies by reviewing functional documentation, identifying constraints, and preparing impact assessments for proposed changes.

Solution Design: Collaborate in designing solutions by determining necessary customizations across multiple modules, ensuring alignment between functional needs and technical requirements.

Configuration and Customization: Implement required customizations and configuration changes across various system modules. Assist in the deployment and support of business process implementations.

Technology Harmonization: Engage in integration design activities, evaluating data flows between multiple applications to ensure seamless interoperability.

Troubleshooting and Optimization: Analyze system performance issues and optimize configurations, queries, and integrations to enhance overall application efficiency.

Documentation: Develop comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including design and process documents, to support project delivery and future maintenance.

Required Qualifications

- Extensive experience of 8 to 10 years working with Oracle SCM Cloud, specifically in Manufacturing and Inventory modules.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end customization and configuration within complex enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, and solution design.
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance across integrated applications.
- Excellent documentation skills, capable of producing detailed functional and technical artifacts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
