To administer all aspects of company accounts utilizing the accounting software
To calculate sales commissions and bonuses
Compile time sheets and calculate overtime
Maintain records & prepare the summary on a monthly basis
Complete correspondences regarding customers and vendors
Enter the summaries into the general ledger, monthly
Review tax returns and other information, both quarterly and annually
Prepare yearly reportrs
Review, process and distribute account payable checks
Handle inquiries from vendors
Maintain account payable system records
Prepare and distribute related tax forms
Close account payable on a monthly basis, review, correct and distribute reports
Audit petty cash for reimbursement
Audit employee expenses to ensure compliance with corporate policy before paying
Prepare payroll, sales commission and bonus budget projections
Analyze sales commissions, salaries and expenses to determine variances on a monthly basis
