The role of the Customer Relationship Officer will include (but is not limited to):
- Providing prompt and professional replies to all customer feedback through Email and Phone.
- Providing follow up action on new sales enquiries, getting customer’s requirements and co-ordinate with sales team for quotations and proposals.
- Co-ordinating with higher management for Business Proposals.
- Preparing presentations and gathering technical data for business meetings.
- Ensuring that relevant departments are made aware of concerns raised by customers so that they may carry out corrective action.
- Monitoring and carrying out analysis of customer feedback
- Managing customer data in MS Excel sheets and our software application.
- Managing official documentation like receipts, delivery orders, service reports, job reports, purchase orders, bank receipts etc.
- Getting knowledge about relative products and keeping up to date.
- Recognizing possible customer relation cases and, where necessary, keeping records or arranging proactive service recovery
- Decision making according to situation.
- Secondary duties to include office administration and attending corporate events.
