- A Junior/Entry Level Position
- Male or Female, with good English language communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting processes and transactions
- Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable process
- Create and review outgoing invoices
- Sending invoices to customers
- Make regular contact with customers to ensure payments
- Review and pay incoming invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Handling and management of petty cash
- Journalizing and posting all financial transactions in accounting system
- Printing and filing all financial transactions posted in the accounting system
- Tracking company expenses
- Monthly filing and payment of Federal Government and Provincial Government taxes (Withholding/Income/Sales Taxes)
- Perform internal audits on financial activities as needed
- Support accountant in preparing financial statements and details for yearly audit
- Support with providing necessary documents/information to external auditors during yearly company audit
- Any other work assigned by department manager
- Knowledge of customs clearance process also recommended
- Candidate should be well groomed and decent
