The Aga Khan University Hospital is seeking a skilled Technologist for its Phlebotomy Center located in Lahore, Punjab. This role is part of the Clinical Laboratory department within one of Pakistan’s most prestigious healthcare institutions. The facility offers a range of value-added services including mobile app access, stat reports, SMS alerts, home sample collection, e-reports, and real-time critical result notifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tests independently following established standard operating procedures to ensure the accuracy and quality of results.
- Participate actively in staff training sessions and engage in ongoing educational opportunities to maintain and enhance professional skills.
- Assist the supervisor in implementing and maintaining safety standards in accordance with Laboratory Safety Guidelines.
- Identify and promptly communicate any abnormal patient conditions by alerting supervisory personnel, pathologists, physicians, or nursing staff as appropriate.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Completion of a one-year traineeship at the Clinical Laboratory of Aga Khan University or two to three years of relevant experience in a laboratory or hospital setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and protocols.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per operational requirements.
