Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis: Engage in client discussions to gather detailed information about platform constraints, technology stacks, and performance expectations related to specific technologies. This involves understanding client environments thoroughly to ensure alignment with business needs.

Designing: Develop low-level design inputs for assigned technologies, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices. Provide technical insights and viewpoints for specific components to support robust solution architecture.

Integration Assessment and Support: Evaluate the client’s existing technology environment to facilitate seamless integration of new technology components. Ensure system-level compatibility and address any technical challenges that may arise during integration.

Troubleshooting: Assist in testing technology components and collaborate closely with developers and infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve errors encountered during deployment phases. Provide ongoing support to maintain system stability and performance.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in transformation engineering or related technology roles.
- Proven ability to analyze complex client technology environments and deliver detailed design inputs.
- Strong knowledge of integration processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers and infrastructure specialists.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technology design and implementation.
