Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis: Engage with clients to gather detailed information about platform limitations, technology stacks, and performance expectations related to specific technologies. This involves active participation in client discussions to ensure a clear understanding of their environment and needs.

Designing: Develop low-level design inputs for assigned technologies, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices. Provide technical insights and viewpoints for specific components to support the overall solution design.

Integration Assessment and Support: Evaluate the client’s existing technology environment to facilitate seamless integration of new technology components. Ensure system-level compatibility and address any technical challenges that may arise during integration.

Troubleshooting: Assist in testing technology components and collaborate closely with developers and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve errors during deployment phases. Provide ongoing support to maintain system stability and performance.

Required Qualifications

- Extensive experience of 8 to 10 years working with Epic technology.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client environments and design appropriate technical solutions.
- Proven ability to create detailed low-level designs and provide technical guidance.
- Experience in integration assessment and troubleshooting within complex technology landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
