Technology Solutions Associate

We are seeking a Technology Solutions Associate to join our team in Bahadurabad, Karachi, working onsite during the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. This entry-level role supports our USA-region operations from the back office in Pakistan. It is ideal for technically qualified graduates interested in building a career that extends beyond traditional software development. The position involves a blend of technology expertise, product sourcing, procurement, vendor coordination, client communication, and B2B technology dealings focused on the US market. While prior professional experience is not required, candidates must have a strong technical foundation, excellent English communication skills, confidence, and the ability to understand both technology products and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand US-based client requirements and identify appropriate technology products and solutions.
- Research and source hardware, software, networking, and other technology products.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, specifications, and quotations.
- Prepare and compare quotations, product specifications, and sourcing options.
- Communicate professionally with US-based clients, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Support B2B technology requirements from initial inquiry through sourcing and order processing.
- Manage purchase orders, quotations, product availability, and related documentation.
- Conduct product and market research to identify suitable technology solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, vendors, orders, and ongoing requirements.
- Develop a strong knowledge of technology products, pricing, specifications, and the US market.

Required Qualifications:
- A completed Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a closely related technology discipline:
- Software Engineering
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Cyber Security / Network Security
- Telecommunications / Networking
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.

The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000. This is an in-person role based in Karachi, offering an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in technology solutions and client-facing operations within an international business environment.
