We are looking for the services of Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR Recruiter) who knows the basics of HR management and has a good idea about the IT field. The individual should be able to understand the JD and find the right fit for that specific position by using alternate recruitment channels.
- Develop and maintain a pool of candidates using different recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts telephonic interviews and schedule suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews, by ensuring that enough pool is available for positions available in the future.
- Ensuring timely collection of documents from all new hires.
Education Required:
Graduation (Preferably in IT with an idea about HR) Minimum
Experience:
0.5 to 1 year (Recruitment firm experience preferred)
Excellent Communication Skills (English)
