- Installing, assembling and configuring new hardware including server, computer, printer, scanner, router network switch, DVR and other necessary hardware accessories.
- Installing software including Windows Server, SQL Server, Windows 10/8/7/XP and other necessary software and tools as per business need.
- Installing, configuring, maintaining and administrating domain server.
- Setup, design, implement and supervise whole network infrastructure.
- Setup the user account, permission, security and group policy into the server.
- Installation, maintaining and configuring Network setup.
- Provide client support and technical issues resolution via e mail, phone and other electronic medium.
- Diagnosing and fixing the system/server hardware and network issues inside office and at client side.
- Managing client expectations and escalating critical situations to Team Lead.
