The Role

  • We require a talented MERN Stack Intern with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Working from home, this position would be ideally suited to someone who is not afraid to get learn new skills
  • This position will require you to assist the development team in designing and developing digital solutions for three month.

Responsibilities

  • Build efficient and reusable front-end systems
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks
  • Participate in design and code reviews
  • Help identify ways to improve and diagnose front-end bugs
  • Use fit algorithms to find and implement cost-effective solution
  • Learn how to write small features and deploy them often (continuous delivery)
  • Write unit tests and assist in finding and squashing bugs
  • Performs various other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Personal laptop with access to internet
  • 3 months availability
  • NodeJS
  • ReactJS
  • Experience building backends based on NodeJS and expert understanding of the NPM ecosystem
  • Should have developed REST-based services running on Express server
  • Demonstrate proficiency of NoSql databases such as MongoDB and SQL database like Postgres
  • Know the basics of HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of UI development using React.

Highly Regarded skills

  • Experience using JavaScript.
