General Administration & Procurement

  • Overall management and operation of the Techub premise, including all services supplied to tenants, as well as the extension of the same services to subsequent and future sites.
  • Inspection of quality and control across all sites to verify that our coworking space's requirements are maintained.
  • Fully responsible for the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of all facilities, ensuring that all administrative complaints are promptly answered by keeping track of repair works (civil and electrical) and working to reduce them as much as possible.
  • Responsible for all material management of all stocks within the company, from demand requisition to procurement and stock-keeping/issuances.
  • Responsible for all store management, including providing office consumables to employees and clients, as well as keeping track of all assets and stock of the organization.
  • Handling the entire site's security and legal issues.
  • Negotiating long-term contracts with the best vendors and onboarding them to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries for various administrative chores, as well as keeping strong relationships with them.
  • Asset and security management to keep costs down and stay within budgets.
  • Responsible for having a key management system for an office building with proper tagging.
  • Ensure that all requests for procurement are dealt with and processed within 24 hours.
  • Responsible for all of the company's renovation and maintenance services.
  • Establish contacts with government agencies such as police, health, and safety, POLICE, LDA, WAPDA, WASA, PTCL, and others to ensure adequate upkeep.
  • Ensure that client move-ins and move-outs are managed by the admin team, and that timely asset/stock issuances are supplied by the admin team for easy client onboarding.
  • Take Responsibility for the parking area and make sure that no client/guest faces any issue regarding it.
  • Take the responsibility of the head of housekeeping staff and make sure that required training has been provided to them and their work is evaluated periodically.
