  • Handle live Chat on websites
  • Handle Customer Emails on a regular basis
  • Handle Live Customer Calls.
  • Resolve possible issues of customers
  • Must know how to handle E-Commerce based customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation
  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Can speak English fluently
  • Can work from 1 PM to 10 PM UK Time
  • Experienced candidates are preferred
  • Having an E-Commerce background is preferred
